Recent herstel in combi met 2 vaccinaties gezien als Booster?

Op de website van de Oostenrijkse Ambassade in Den Haag kom ik het volgende tegen, maar vind dit niet terug op de site van de rijksoverheid, benieuwd hoe jullie dit lezen?:

I am vaccinated and have recently recovered, or I am vaccinated, have recovered and have been vaccinated again:
If you are fully vaccinated (2 doses or in case of Janssen/Johnson&Johnson 1 dose) and have subsequently recovered from a Corona infection within the last 180 days, you are also considered as boosted. This allows you to enter Austria withough pre-travel registration and without the obligation to quarantine. In addition to the proofs of vaccination and recovery a negative PCR test (max 48 h) must be presented. If this cannot be presented because the PCR test is still positive due to the recent recovery, a doctor’s confirmation - Form H (German) / Form I (English) can be presented instead. However, the recovery must have taken place not be longer than 180 days and the vaccination not longer than 270 days ago. Otherwise, entry is still possible with appropriate travel registration and a ten-day quarantine, which can be terminated after five days with a negative PCR test.
